I learned from reading your book (I've bought two copies, and I intend to buy some more as Christmas presents) that there are also problems with more traditional vaccine platforms, such as inactivated, live attenuated, subunit, conjugal and toxoid vaccines, and this is understandable because people have been getting injured as a result of injecting these substances for decades, and in the case of some categories for over a century.
Am I correct in understanding that any substance that prompts an immune response can result in damage to the endothelium or the tissues of any organ that comes into contact with a bolus of that substance if the amount and concentration of the substance is high enough? Or is this too broad a generalization?
A lot of writing on immunology, vaccinology and molecular biology that I've come across since the beginning of the Covid era is too technical or too opaque for a lay readership to comprehend, but you are unusual in writing very clearly and accessibly, which to me is an indication that you understand your subject well and that you are sincerely attempting to help other people understand as well.

Yes, any substance that can penetrate endothelial cells and trigger an immune reaction against said cell can result in concentrated damage. Still, any poison (toxin in sufficient concentration) can do that too (just with a smaller window of opportunity if injected as a small dose). The window of opportunity is much smaller, and thus, these vaccines are much safer (but still dangerous in a bolus).

I ran into the same with another anti vaccine book. A substack author provided Jeff Bezo's and the VP in charge's email addresses and encouraged us to write and complain. I did so and threatend to end my prime membership. Many others probably did the same and I got a nice email from some lady at Amazon saying they had reviewed this book's case and had reinstated if for sale. Protesting does work sometimes.
I believe it has to do with the Government push to control what they call “misinformation”. At this stage they have legislation in place for electronics and a lot of important works are now “not available for purchase” in Australia on Kindle - they haven’t got to the burning books stage yet.
When I have questioned Amazon they blame, as I said, the author or the publisher for not authorizing release in Australia but I think it is the Government or fear of the Government.
Physical books are not convenient for me as I am travelling with a caravan which means there are two issues:
1) No physical address for delivery, and;
2) Keeping travel weights down to legal levels.
I am usually able to find a way to upload electronic files (e.g. pdf’s) to my kindle where I can then highlight relevant parts of the work to aid my recall.
Also regarding Fred’s comment. Having not been as successful with a past complaint, I have already let my “Prime” go & only purchase books directly after careful research of the author.

But just in case you are scratching your head wondering if you can afford the space and weight of The Needle's Secret, the printed book measures roughly 23 x 14 x 2cm and it weighs 405g.
I hope you can get access to a Kindle or PDF version because it's well worth reading and not particularly technical, so anybody whose been to high school should be able to follow the reasoning behind the Bolus Theory and decide whether or not it makes sense to them. Perhaps this is why the establishment fears this book.

Although I don't travel, my experience with people and "the machinery" matches yours. The system evolves over time and the machinery grinds on relentlessly, and each new generation has to learn how to deal with it and avoid being caught up in its snares.
When I was growing up in the 1960s in the UK, my father drilled into his three sons that we should never take up three stings—drinking, gambling, and smoking. he said they were "mug's games" and that if we could avoid them we would always have money in our pockets. It's a same he never mentioned womanizing or I might be a lot richer now! :) But his teaching about the other three vices was born out of his own personal experiences of being hooked on them early.
But there are lots of other hooks in the machinery to catch the unwary.
Engaging with the medical system greatly increases your chances of experiencing death. Most doctors are critically devoid of true health knowledge and are programmed by the anti-human AMA. They only get filthy rich promoting more disease and sickness, not by creating a healthy human.

We can't blame the jabs for Marty Feldman's untimely demise, but childhood injections may have contributed to his bulging eyes. Feldman suffered from thyroid disease and developed Graves' ophthalmopathy (an autoimmune condition), causing his eyes to protrude and become misaligned. The Bolus Theory could account for both of these conditions, although I don't know anything about his vaccination history.
