This is the third and last part of the article. It underlines the fundamental advantage high density countries (Asia, Africa)) and areas had entering into this crisis as they benefited from a very large protective umbrella of mucosal cross-immunity. It also highlights the importance of dose contamination, and in that respect it validates the Grand Barrington Declaration’s view that protecting the most fragiles, notably in care homes and hospital was the way forward.
